About:

Role:
- Responsible for the delivery and roll-out of trainings and continuous improvement of training programs.
- Conduct needs assessments, evaluate outcomes and manage training path for all Stores.
- Conduct on-site coaching and accompany sales force in implementing their key learnings on-the-sales-floor.
- Champion training programs to create a positive and performance driven culture.
Requirements:
- Previous hands-on experience in training and development preferably in Tailoring / Luxury retail.
- Strong analysis needs, program development, facilitation and training delivery skills
- Possess a passion in fostering a learning culture and developing talents
- Excellent communication skills, client-centric and strong fashion sensibility.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (+ Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Salary - up to £38,000 plus competitive bonus.
