Our client who are a non profit organisation are looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Officer to join their busy property team based in Chelmsford.
Main Duties
:
- Managing the sale of residential properties, Liaising with lawyers, Legal due diligence
- Managing vacant properties for sale
- Working with agents managing relationship building, keep records update
- Managing acquisition and disposal processes of residential property
- Occassional site visits
- Managing administration records for property department
- Making sure compliant of data protection
Key Requirements:
- Must have 3 years customer service background
- Must have experience within property sales
- Stong client relationship building skills
- GCSE's or equivalent at A-C
- Strong administration skills
- Well organised
Please note this is a part time vacancy 21 hours a week
Salary £25k-£30k pro rata
