Wild Recruitment is excited to collaborate with a prestigious professional membership organisation to find an Applications Manager. This pivotal role is designed for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who excels in enhancing processes and driving excellence in a high-energy environment.

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £42,500 per annum
Working Hours: 9am-5pm (35 working hours)
Contract Type: 9-month Fixed-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the improvement of processes guiding students from registration to full membership, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.
  • Inspire and direct teams to meet strategic growth targets, manage resources effectively, and navigate high-activity periods with precision.
  • Drive system enhancements and facilitate training to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies.
  • Handle escalated complaints with a focus on resolution and maintaining high service standards.
  • Uphold best practices and explore innovative technologies to continuously improve service delivery and team performance.
  • Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing team dedicated to excellence.
  • Track team progress and service performance to ensure alignment with organisational goals and standards.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Skilled in managing and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with D365.
