Aministrator/Tranee Dispatch Coordinator

Location: St Helens WA9

Salary: £11.44

Kerry Collins are working with a well established client who are looking for an adminitrator to join their existing team to work from their existing office based in St Helens

In your role you will be responsible for:

  • Calling customers to arrange appointments for engineer visits
  • Scheduling visits for the week that make logistical sense
  • Being a point of contact for engineers through the day to help / pass information on etc
  • General Admin Duties

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:

  • Strong communication skills, both written & oral
  • Strong IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft packages would be advantageous
  • Good organisation/planning and time management skills.
  • Great customer service skills
  • Experience working in a similar role would be advantageous
