St.
Austell Brewery is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on 12 month Fixed Term
Contract to cover an internal maternity leave. As a Payroll Administrator, your
role will see you effectively perform a wide variety of payroll and People
related tasks, supporting the pay and benefits team, to provide a high quality
and professional service.
Your new role
- Updating
our People & Payroll system with starters, leavers, changes to terms and
conditions, absence details, pay changes and so on
- Maintaining
e-personnel files, ensuring records are accurate and data is held in line with
GDPR requirements. Organising data files and where necessary archiving
documents which are out of date.
- Working
closely with the HR team to ensure all Company policies and procedures are
adhered to.
- Supporting
with project work as and when required. Continually challenge the way we do
things and seek out opportunities for improvement.
- Completing
additional accounting tasks and ad-hoc reporting as assigned by the
organisation and related third parties.
- Preparation
for HRIS/Payroll System and data cleansing.
- Assist
in the administration of benefits in kind and statutory reporting required.

- Confident
user of MS Office packages
- Previous
experience in a Payroll focused role would be advantageous
- Ability
to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract
