£25,000-£27,000 Per Annum + Uncapped Commission (£40k OTE).

One of the largest recruitment agencies in the UK, Search, is expanding its Commercial division in Crawley and is looking to recruit Associate Recruitment Consultants to join their team. Search has a revenue of over £220m and has received significant investment from private equity partners.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

In return, you will receive award-winning training led by our dedicated Talent Development Partners, the opportunity to earn an uncapped commission with a 0% threshold from day one, and a pay structure that offers up to 40% on all revenue.

Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience within a hospitality or sales environment is desired.
- Highly articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive and ambitious with a desire to progress.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment.
- Motivation and drive to exceed targets and career goals.
- Lively personality who can showcase our values and nurture relationships.
- Creative ideas on ways to increase new business opportunities.

What will you be doing?
- Contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunities through B2B sales calls, meetings and using Linked In.
- Negotiating fees and rates with clients to maximise your commercial output.
- Managing client accounts and becoming their preferred recruitment partner through regular service reviews, and on-site meetings to set agreed SLAs and discuss job profiles.
- Writing engaging job adverts and social media to source the best talent.
- Sourcing candidates using industry-leading job boards and carrying out interviews.
- Carrying out compliance checks ensuring they have the correct right to work.
- Managing all the processes including interviews, offers, and start dates.
- Maintaining regular contact with both candidates and clients.
