Client Care Coordinator

About Our Opportunity

As a Client Care Co-ordinator, you will be working as part of a large team who are highly supportive and effective at helping our clients. You will be responsible for answering client queries over the phone , managing your own portfolio of cases where you will provide pro-active case management, administrative support and be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to maintain regular contact with our clients, customers and therapists.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a customer service, or customer facing environment
  • Competent at managing administration tasks specifically within Microsoft software suite.
  • Willing to travel to our Head office 3 days a week
  • Exposure to using case management or customer communication systems.
