Head of Clinical Systems
Introduction:
Our client, a leading healthcare provider within the NHS, is seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Clinical Systems to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have extensive technical experience with SystmOne, stakeholder engagement skills, and community or GP experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical systems implementation projects
- Manage system upgrades and maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels including clinicians, IT teams and management staff
- Develop training programs for users to ensure proper utilisation of new technology
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Technical Background:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge regarding various clinical software applications used in healthcare settings with SystmOne.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Exceptional communication skills are essential since this role requires working closely with different stakeholders involved in implementing these complex solutions that require significant organisational change.
Community/GP Experience:
The selected individual must understand how general practices operate while developing strategies tailored towards enhancing patient care delivery through effective use of EPRs
