We are thrilled to be recruiting for a wonderful company based in Hayes who are looking to expand their sales support team. This is a great opportunity to join a family feel business.

If you enjoy working closely with internal teams and external clients, you could be great. This sales support position encompasses a variety of tasks to get stuck into during your working day including, order processing, invoices, delivery, reporting and many other tasks!

They are happy to take someone who has a little bit of customer service experience within an office, so if you have 6 months to 1 years experience in an office, this could be a role for you!

Sales Administrator Duties:

  • General admin duties
  • Working closely with finance team
  • Updating booking systems
  • Ensuring all sales invoices and shipping documents are correct
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Work closely with the sales support manager and other team managers
