Head of Operations

We are a leading Energy consultancy firm seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Head of Operations to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our internal operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our clients and support the continued growth of the firm.
What you'll do:
- Lead large scale operational projects from start to finish.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy to optimize efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Build an operations team from scratch.
- Oversee key operational functions, including project management, resource allocation, financial reporting, and IT infrastructure.
- Have oversight on key financial aspcts of the role such as payroll, accounts payable & external auditing.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure best value for service contracts across both financial services and tech stack.
- Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies.
- Liaise with other department heads and senior executive team.
Who you are:
- Proven experience as a Head of Operations or similar senior role in a professional services firm.
- A strong understanding of business operations, project management methodologies, and financial management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., project management tools, CRM, financial software).
