Our client, is looking for an administrator to join their dynamic and growing business. Based in stunning offices in Sidcup, this role joins a great team that offer progression and development and a fantastic working environment. This business is in the construction industry and your role will be to support with the administration of the business as a whole, providing administrative support to teams and ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations.
Key tasks include:
- Responding to email queries
- Raising jobs
- Typing up reports following works carried out
- Preparing quotes using information provided by engineer
- Chasing engineers/suppliers for information
- Ordering materials
- Raising POs
- Answering phone calls from clients
- Chasing clients for approvals on quotes
Key Skills/Experience Needed -
- At least 2 years experience working in an administrative role.
- Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment.
- Good knowlege of Microsoft.
