Property Marketing Manager - Hybrid

This is a really interesting, varied and somewhat niche role. A newly created position with the true opportunity to grow in the business down the line. You will be working as the Property Manager (with a Sales & Marketing component) for a boutique, high-end property firm – sitting in the driving seat in managing properties, building and maintaining relationship with clients, and marketing management across online property platforms.

We are seeking a unique and ambitious individual who has experience within property management and marketing, including SEO optimisation across various platforms. The role has become available due to a number of new exciting projects and developments.

Hybrid role - in office 1 day per week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role as Property (Sales and Marketing) Manager, you role will involve the below responsibilities. There is a real opportunity for this role to develop in line with your experience and ambitions.

Property Management

  • Managing the day to day operations of short term stays and longer-term leases across a portfolio of properties
  • Organising key drop off, guest check ins
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Managing contractors, cleaners, maintenance requests
  • Visiting properties to check in on the upkeep of them

Property Marketing

  • Managing the SEO and optimisation of properties across online platforms including AirBnB and Booking.com to generate the most bookings possible
  • Reporting on marketing results

Client Relationships/Sales

  • Recruiting clients to market their properties with the business
  • Managing current client relationships and building new ones

WHO YOU ARE

We are seeking someone who is naturally efficient, organised, and able to complete important tasks under pressure and tight deadlines. This role is perfect for you if you possess the below experience/qualities:

  • You are highly ambitious, eager to take that next step and take ownership
  • You are upbeat, confident, tech savvy and pride yourself on your communication skills
  • Solid experience within the property industry across property management, sales, and marketing
  • Hands-on attitude and a natural thirst for new opportunities to learn
