The role:
As the Accounts Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in our financial operations, maintaining robust cash flow and ensuring exceptional service for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Key responsibilities:
- Credit controller to outstanding and previous debtors.
- Arranging Payment terms/ Credit Check.
- Issue invoices and ensure timely and accurate monthly customer statements.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Purchase Ledger.
- Assisting with Accounts projects.
- Sales ledger.
Skills required:
- Previous experience of working in Accounts
- Credit Control experience
- Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts
- Good skills using Microsoft Office
- Flexible approach to work to manage, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to problem solve
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
