Broker Network Development Manager

Our client is a multi-functional general insurance business that holds Lloyds Coverholder and Broker status.

They offer specialist products across commercial and personal lines insurance and work closely with a network of partners to design bespoke covers and support the facilitation of risk placement and account servicing.

As a key part of their strategic growth plan they are actively seeking to recruit an experienced Broker Development Manager to expand and manage distribution channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing broker partnerships including managing account plans, building pipelines and driving growth. In addition to external stakeholder management you will collaborate internally with new business underwriters, Account Executives and Senior Managers.

What you need

  • A passion for communication and business development.
  • A proven-track record in broker network management and growth.
  • Good knowledge of the UK broker marketplace.
  • Be dynamic, resourceful and able to create and seize opportunities

What you need to know

  • This role can be HOME-BASED or you can work in a hybrid pattern from offices in London or Leeds.
  • Our client is flexible on salary and bonus structure depending on skill set, expertise and what you can bring to the role.
