Support Desk Specialist

Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be working with our esteemed client based in Bristol, seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

Duties include:

  • Handling and prioritizing incoming calls in accordance with client-specific procedures.
  • Managing outbound calls and promptly responding to all emails received through the Helpdesk.
  • Accurately entering and maintaining records across all internal databases.
  • Proactively addressing priority tasks and assisting with follow-up actions on the Helpdesk dashboard.
  • Reporting any issues with equipment to the management team.
  • Supporting supervisors and management as needed, including attending training sessions.
  • Ensuring all staff and visitors adhere to health, safety, and security policies.

Experience:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service and IT proficiency.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a professional telephone manner.
