Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Passive Fire Protection Supervisor to join our team, based in Salford. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £37,800, Plus Company Van & Fuel Plus Benefits. This is a new and exciting role within Liberty, specialising in Passive Fire Protection, with the potential to help shape the future delivery of this within the organisation.

Responsibilities for this Passive Fire Protection Supervisor:
Talk to clients and customers and deal with any queries where necessary
Provide support and assistance to trade operatives, agency workers, apprentices and sub-contractors from start to finish of a job
Provide effective management across the operational repair function, with specific responsibility for Passive Fire Protection
Ensure consistent delivery of an efficient and cost-effective, customer-focused operational repairs service, covering all maintenance and repairs activity undertaken by the voids team
Carry out detailed surveys of the work prior to commencement, and where possible arrange materials to be ordered and delivered to site, or collected from stores
Manage the health and safety on site and ensure company policies are adhered to at all times
Support a culture of passion, openness, trust and respect at all levels across the Group
What we are looking for in our ideal Passive Fire Protection Supervisor:
Good level of education along with a relevant recognised Apprenticeship Qualification.
Experience of Inspection of Repairs, including measurement & specifications of works and post inspections related to passive fire protection
The ability to improve service and performance, using IT systems, including Microsoft Office software in particular Outlook, Word and Excel.
Have what it takes to improve service and performance and experience of managing budgets.
