We are working with a local authority who are looking for an NEC Housing Business Analyst, who will be part of the team responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the NEC Housing system within the local authority. This role requires a strong background in business analysis, and preferred experience with NEC housing.
The NEC Business Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, module leads, Housing Management IT, external vendors, and NEC to ensure the system meets the local authority's requirements and is delivered on time and within budget.
Location: Southwest based Local Authority
Set-up: Hybrid
Rate: £568 per day, outside IR35
Duration: End of November
Hours: Full-time position
Responsibilities include:
- Process mapping AS IS and TO BE Business processes, including making changes, updates and amends
- Creating Use Case Descriptions for system functionality, linking these with the tables in the Solution Design
- Creating User Stories to support creation of Acceptance Criteria and Testing
- Matching system functionality to tasks within business processes
- Creating, updating and maintaining the processes work plan spreadsheet
- Meeting with service areas and officers to map processes
- Attending NEC workshops
Requirements:
- Local Government experience required for initial shortlisting, then thereafter at the client's discretion
- Experienced business analyst
- Large project implementations of Housing Management Systems, and experience in Social Housing, and Northgate/NEC Housing
