HR Adviser - The Opportunity

Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Adviser to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in HR who is looking to expand their skill set and take on more responsibility in a supportive and impactful environment.

HR Adviser - What You'll Do

As an HR Adviser, you will play a vital role in our HR function, providing comprehensive support across a range of activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including drafting advertisements, managing responses, and supporting onboarding with pre-employment checks
  • Oversee monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and coordination with the Finance team. Manage family-friendly leave arrangements
  • Maintain and develop our HRIS (iTrent), ensuring accurate employee data and provide user support
  • Manage your workload effectively to deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle, including data analysis and offering general HR guidance
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with governance policy
  • Advocate for continuous improvement, supporting key HR projects for organisational success

HR Adviser - What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to bring their HR expertise to a challenging and rewarding role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it) or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrable experience in HRIS management, recruitment, payroll, and providing HR-related management information
  • Strong MS Excel skills and experience in data analysis
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the organisation.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are crucial
  • A proactive, flexible, and results-oriented approach.
  • Confident, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
