Marketing Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity with one of our prestigious clients based in Leeds who are experiencing strong success and growth and are now recruiting for a Marketing Manager to support a busy and dynamic team.

This is a 6-month FTC to support in the absence of the Head of Marketing.

The role will report into the MD and will primarily be across strategy, managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of the annual marketing agenda. Our client specialises within property and has a healthy portfolio; VIP clientele.

Whilst this is a senior position, the role is hands on role, we are looking for someone who has experience and is happy to work within a short-term contract.

Ideally you will be immediately available or have a short notice period.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee execution of all marketing campaigns (social media, email, print, etc.).
  • Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers (PPC, SEO, and PR agencies) to understand the success of Google campaigns and present data.
  • Develop and create engaging content for our social media platforms, website, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences etc
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relation management (CRM) systems.
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Assist in the design and production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital ads).
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.

Skills & experience required:

  • Experience working within marketing specifically delivering a marketing strategy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • To take responsibility for the marketing department in the absence of the Head of Marketing.
