Description

The Grocery National Account Manager - Top FMCG brands will deliver the annual budget for their assigned grocery customer, in line with the agreed annual and strategic objectives set out by the commercial leadership team, through full P&L responsibility. Inclusively managing terms, range and distribution, new product development launches and promotional plans and execution.

They will proactively identify and pursue all relevant commercial opportunities to achieve both the short and long term objectives. The successful candidate will continually develop their skills and knowledge to help achieve these objectives and personally develop their own potential and contribution.

Profile

The Grocery National Account Manager - Top FMCG brands will come with the following relevant skills and experiences:

  • Current or recent experience as an Account Manager with an FMCG business, with full P&L and JBP experience
  • Strong financial, commercial, organisation and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, someone who is able to hit the ground running on a major account and enjoy the challenge
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel)
  • Good educational background, ideally of graduate or similar calibre
  • Attention to detail, problem solver, critical thinker, growth mindset
  • Customer focus with strong attention to detail
  • Able to travel nationally as and when required for customer visits
  • Able to attend the Buckinghamshire head office a min of 2 days per week

Job Offer

£55,000 to £60,000 annual salary, car allowance, annual bonus, excellent benefits
