Reading Borough Council have multiple call centre positions working on their Housing Repairs line.
They are offering a rate of approx. £18 Umbrella per hour
Ideal experience would be experience working in a call centre role for a Housing Association, Local Authority (covering Housing) or potentially Works planners from Thames Water or other Utilities company.
Contracts for 3-6 months.
Hybrid role, on average in the office about 2 days per week, although will need to be in the office a bit more at the start for on boarding.
