We are currently recruiting for the below post:
SEND Case Worker - Warrington Council - £21 ph
- You will work within the SEND team at Warrington Borough Council and report directly to one of the SEND team managers. The team is made up of 11 case workers, a QA officer and Manager.
The successful candidate will have:

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organisational skills.

The ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines, especially with regards to statutory timescales for EHCP Annual Reviews and Key Stage Transfers.

The ability to work independently.

The ability to manage relationships with parents and children and young people, building positive relationships.

Resilience under pressure.

The ability to demonstrate a high degree of awareness to the needs of service users.
