Technet is currently partnered with a leading global Life Sciences company who are the market leader within the industry. They need a Business analyst to join the team on a contract basis.
The Business Analyst will work within the Data stewardship team to better promote the department across the wider business. This will involve market analysis, Service design, change management and internal communication skills.
You will be responsible for the following

Market Analysis

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Analyse strategies and market positioning to provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align business strategies

Develop comprehensive reports and presentations on market analysis findings.

Change management
-
Lead and manage change initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Identify potential risks and obstacles to change, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives.

Communications

Develop and execute internal and external communication plans for change initiatives.

Craft clear, concise, and compelling messages tailored to various audiences.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to ensure effective communication of changes.

Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding throughout the change process
Your will need the following skills to be considered for this opportunity
- Previous experience working as a Business analyst
- Knowledge and experience of working on a large scale projects involving Market analysis, Change management and internal communications skills
- Previous experience of working in large corporate companies across multiple countries and time zones, ideally with experience working in a pharmaceutical/ Life sciences business
- Exemplary communication skills and the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders at once
