Finance Manager

Overview

We are working with a fantastic business that is based in Solihull for a Finance Manager!

Reporting to the MD, you will have responsibility of monthly management reporting and full P&L review of multiple entities. You will be responsible for both management and financial accounting and the over-site of transactional work produced by the team. This work will ensure the financial health of the business.

This role will see you manage and develop a very capable and hard-working team. As an experienced manager you will complete monthly 1-2-1's and annual performance development reviews with the team to identify areas for improvements

What is required?

  • Be Qualified by CIMA/ACCA/ACA. Our client will also accept applications from exceptional candidates who are qualified by experience.
  • Be a confident communicator and presenting figures in monthly management meetings.
  • Be an experienced Finance Manager, with previous experience leading teams.
  • Have experience running end to end payroll.
