Our client is looking for someone who loves making new contacts and is completely comfortable doing this on the telephone. You will need to have an interest in marketing and developing business and be capable of all the support admin around this.

They are an established UK trade supplier of creative, promotional merchandise who specialise in the manufacture and supply of Unique and Quality Corporate, Promotional Tech Products.

They are looking for a fast learner, with a can-do attitude, willing to chip in with whatever task is the most urgent. Someone who loves to thrive in their role, and wants to be part of a growing team, sharing business success, with the opportunity of career progression.

This is an office-based role so you will be required to come in to work 5 days a week.

Salary & Hours:

  • This position offers a basic salary between £28K - £29K per annum, subject to experience.
  • 37.5 hours pw; 9am - 5pm; Office-Based, 5 days per week.
  • Bonus Scheme available upon completion of Probation Period.
  • Holiday Entitlement is 21 days per annum.

Main Duties include:

  • Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team's objectives and working on own sales targets.
  • Producing quotes.
  • Processing a high volume of product orders.
  • Taking orders via phone and email.
  • Liaising with external companies to ensure the smooth running of deliveries.
  • Establish a good working relationship with customers.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Handle customer calls, queries and complaints.

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in any client-facing setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and all MS Office applications.
  • Clear and effective communication.
  • Team spirit.
  • Self-motivation.
  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • An interest in the promotional merchandise industry.

  • Build good customer relationships.
  • Always delivering excellent customer service even when under pressure.
