Payroll Analyst / £30,000 - £40,000 DOE / Liverpool City Centre / Hybrid / 12 month FTC

Adaptable Recruitment are working with a reputable business within Liverpool City Centre for a Payroll Analyst to join their team on a 12 month FTC

Package:

  • Salary £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
  • 25days holiday plus BHs
  • Hybrid working pattern (2-3 days in the office per week)

Location: Liverpool City Centre

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate on enhancing payroll processes and systems, ensuring smooth monthly operations.
  • Drive improvements in reporting and reconciliation to meet deadlines and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with service agreements and internal policies.
  • Work on projects with IT and HR teams to streamline payroll functions and improve system performance.
  • Support change initiatives by refining procedures and implementing new, efficient workflows.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Payroll Manager

When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

  • Experience within a similar role using SAP essential
  • Excellent excel skills essential
  • Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
  • Good Excel and systems skills
