Adaptable Recruitment are working with a reputable business within Liverpool City Centre for a Payroll Analyst to join their team on a 12 month FTC
Package:
- Salary £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
- 25days holiday plus BHs
- Hybrid working pattern (2-3 days in the office per week)
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Job Duties:
- Collaborate on enhancing payroll processes and systems, ensuring smooth monthly operations.
- Drive improvements in reporting and reconciliation to meet deadlines and standards.
- Ensure compliance with service agreements and internal policies.
- Work on projects with IT and HR teams to streamline payroll functions and improve system performance.
- Support change initiatives by refining procedures and implementing new, efficient workflows.
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Payroll Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?
- Experience within a similar role using SAP essential
- Excellent excel skills essential
- Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
- Good Excel and systems skills
