Who will you join?
- A well-established law firm that has been in operation since the 1960s with roots extending back to pre-war times
- It enjoys a strong reputation, and business primarily comes through repeat clients and referrals
- A small/medium sized firm
What will you do?
- The position is for a full-time Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who will handle complex conveyancing cases
- Your caseload will include sales & purchases, leaseholds, new builds and shared ownership matters
- This role requires someone who can sign AP1 documents
- Work closely with the existing team to manage caseloads effectively
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members
- Maintain high standards of legal practice within the firm

What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with eligibility to sign AP1 documents
- At least two years of relevant experience in conveyancing

- Strong communication skills and commitment to maintaining high legal standards
