Salary:
£65,000 - £75,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 40+ bedded care home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for residents.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring the dignity and respect of all residents.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in the quality of care provided.
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing a 40+ bedded home is highly desirable.
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
