Elevation HR are pleased to be partnering with a longstanding client in Wakefield to recruit a Junior HR Advisor to join their HR team in Castleford on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skill set and to progress into a HR Advisor with the support of a fantastic team. Reporting into the business partner, this role plays a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the HR function, day to day your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting HR Team with general administration
- Taking minutes in Employee Relation meetings including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, and absence management
- Supporting the full employee life cycle
- Managing HR communication including HR letters, contracts and offer letters
- Ensuring compliance is upheld by completing right to work checks and submitting references
