Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and schedule jobs, coordinating with our engineering team for prompt service delivery
  • Handle the main reception line, providing excellent customer support and handling inquiries with professionalism
  • Coordinate engineer schedules, ensuring maximum productivity and timely responses
  • Manage the company mailbox with precision, ensuring all communications are timely and professional
  • general administration duties, filing, photocopying

About You:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks
  • Highly organised, able to manage a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach
  • Prior experience in scheduling, booking jobs, or administrative support is highly desirable
