Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and schedule jobs, coordinating with our engineering team for prompt service delivery
- Handle the main reception line, providing excellent customer support and handling inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate engineer schedules, ensuring maximum productivity and timely responses
- Manage the company mailbox with precision, ensuring all communications are timely and professional
- general administration duties, filing, photocopying
About You:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks
- Highly organised, able to manage a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach
- Prior experience in scheduling, booking jobs, or administrative support is highly desirable
