The Role
This is a 1-1 role based in a large primary school in Aylesbury, Bucks on a full time 5 day a week contract. The Student has Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) so the ideal person will have training or have a good working knowledge of EBSA.
You will be offered trial days for you to get a real idea of the experience before committing to the position and has good public transport links.

- An experienced teaching assistant, familiar with young people with negative feelings.
- Experienced working with children with mental health needs
- Comfortable working on a 121 basis
- Able to hold student attention and focus with excellent communication skills
