This is a one-off opportunity for a creative individual to join an established skincare manufacturer and to help create content for a brand new beauty brand!
We're looking for an inspired and innovative self-starter who has a passion for social media and a love for the beauty and skin care industries.
The successful applicant will oversee EVERYTHING social media! You will create, design and capture stimulating content, whilst helping to create a story and identity for this exciting new brand.
You will help create a definitive brand identity whilst having the confidence to adopt new ideas, set and follow industry trends and keep up to date with the ever changing world of social media!
This role is perfectly suited to someone who loves turning their ideas into reality. You will need to think on your feet and successfully execute reactive marketing.
Previous experience isn't necessarily essential but the ability to demonstrate a strong commercial understanding and be able to provide examples of previous social media work is necessary.
The Job - Social Media Executive:
- Create and capture original and inventive social media content, managing all channels for a new beauty brand and established skincare manufacturer.
- Help build and develop brand identity.
- Photograph, film and edit content and visuals.
- Write and create content for email campaigns, blogs and websites.
- Support with the overall marketing strategy.
- Help to set and achieve marketing goals, focussing on audience growth and access to target market.
- Work collaboratively with the wider business to create cohesive marketing campaigns in line with business objectives and promotions.
- Attend and support at industry trade shows/exhibitions.
The Individual - Social Media Executive:
- An up-to-date and creative approach to social media marketing.
- Reactive, can-do attitude.
- Eager to learn and to experiment with new ideas.
- A passion and interest for the skincare and beauty industries.
- A hunger and excitement to create. Someone who can't wait to get started and help this business create a genuine and contemporary brand identity.
- AI image generation an advantage. Experience of Amazon Seller Central also beneficial.
- Able to provide examples/portfolio of previous social media work.
The Business:
- A successful and established manufacturer.
- Employee focused employer, keen to support and encourage a strong team environment.
- Core working hours - Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
- Full time, on site in Peterborough a minimum of 3 days a week.
- Salary dependent on experience.
- 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
