About the Role:
As the Finance Manager, you will be integral to the financial operations of the organization. You will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning, ensuring that financial practices support the company's objectives and growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure effective financial controls are in place.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve financial processes and drive efficiencies.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on complex financial data.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience managing financial teams.
