What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging KS2 students in dynamic, hands-on learning experiences both indoors and outdoors
- Utilizing innovative resources and technology to enhance learning and creativity
- Building strong relationships with students, staff, and families, fostering a supportive community
- Supporting immersive education for social responsibility, nature engagement, and creativity
- Assisting in daily classroom management, student activities, and maintaining organized learning spaces
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Passionate about outdoor learning, with a love for engaging young minds in interactive ways
- Experienced with KS2 students, particularly in Year 5 and Year 6, with knowledge of their learning needs
- Adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and an innovative approach to problem-solving
- Skilled in communication and collaboration, with a warm, inclusive approach to working with diverse students
