Insurance Advisor
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £24k - £28k (DOE) + Annual Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday
The Client:
Our client is a well-established insurance company, specialising in home insurance for customers with complex coverage needs.
The Role:
As a Insurance Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service and drive new business sales through various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets.
- Engage with customers throughout their journey, handling mid-term adjustments and renewals.
- Ensure all communications and processes comply with industry regulations and maintain accuracy.
- Consistently adhere to company quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Insurance Broker, Insurance Advisor, Insurance sales executive or in a similar role.
- Ideally have insurance experience.
- Understanding of industry regulations would be beneficial.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:30pm
- Some Saturdays: 9am - 1pm
