Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee up to 30 internal projects at various stages, typically handling 15-20 simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand new client briefs, preparing them for smooth handover and processing.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate updates on project progress.
  • Coordinate and track projects from estimation to development, manufacturing, and dispatch.
  • Deliver exceptional internal customer service through attention to detail and clear communication.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Solid reporting and record-keeping skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and general IT skills.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and precise in managing project information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
