### Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant educational team in Woking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to children aged 5-11, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and personal development.

### Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes a love for learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders regarding student performance and wellbeing.
- Support students' social and emotional development, promoting inclusivity and respect.

### Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working in a primary school setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
