What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing an annual communications and engagement plan and calendar which supports objectives and improves colleague retention for the account.
  • Delivering all elements of the communication and engagement plan
  • Working closely with the Account Lead and wider leadership team with the delivery of their communications activity and designing of the communications strategy
  • Delivering communications on change activity when required
  • Driving participation and engagement with communications and engagement activities
  • Ensuring the look and feel of communication channels are consistent with the company wide approach with an engaging tone of voice

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in an internal communications of employee engagement role.
  • Ideally a corporate environment with a large audience (2000+)
  • Experience working in a regulated environment is a bonus, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong copywriting skills
