We are seeking a motivated Team Assistant to support the legal professionals with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Prepare and edit legal documents
- Handle communications and correspondence
- Organise electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with client events and meetings
- Perform general office duties (copying, scanning, etc.)
- Conduct research and compile information
- Liaise with clients professionally
Key Requirements:
- Administrative experience, preferably in legal or professional services
- A CILEX qualification would be beneficial
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and discreet
- Proactive and flexible
