About Us: There is an SEN college in Harrow, committed to providing exceptional support and development opportunities for our students. Their mission is to empower young individuals with SEN to achieve their full potential through tailored education and supportive outreach programs.

The Role: As a SEN Outreach Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the students in various everyday activities beyond the educational setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting students with shopping and other errands.
  • Engaging students in community activities and social interactions.
  • Providing support on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, tailored to individual needs.
  • Encouraging independence and enhancing life skills.
  • Building positive relationships with students, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
