We are working for a multi academy trust who are looking for an extra pair of hands in their accounts payable team.
Rate: £12.65-£13.26
Hours: Full-time 37 hours p/w, all year round
Location: Central Office, Swindon
Contract: Fixed-term ASAP-31/1/2025
DBS will need to be applied for. Priority given to those with a current DBS
This role is to support with a backlog of invoices due to a new system being implemented.
To oversee and undertake the processing of orders and invoices for the Federation.
To oversee and undertake the raining of cheques/BACS payments for authorisation.
To support the Financial Planning and Operations Lead in all aspects of routine financial administration.
