Change Manager

Our client who is a leader in their sector, is seeking a Change Manager for a period of 6 months, paying up to £800 per day, inside of IR35. They need support for 3 days per week and they're flexible on when the work is undertaken, to allow you the freedom to work other contracts alongside this. The role is predominantly remote, with travel to London for business-critical meetings (an average of once per month).

This is a great time to join a vibrant People Operations function, who are driving an exciting £8.8M transformation project, focused on the evolution of their people services.

What is expected of the Change Manager?

  • Develop and implement a clear and comprehensive change management & communication strategy to support an £8.8m outsourced BPO deal.
  • Partner with internal SMEs and provide expert direction on change requirements to successfully complete the people services transition plan and realize the benefits of the new BPO contract.
  • Identify, plan and coordinate activities to build/increase change readiness.
  • Educate and communicate the change across business stakeholders.
  • Assess any change to our core hire-to-retire processes & moments that matter and define the change management plan.
  • Ensure that the change management approach is aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.

What we look for in a Change Manager?

  • Ideally change management qualifications
  • Experience supporting outsourcing activities
  • Proven experience in HR Functions
  • A good understanding of HR processes
