Data Analyst
Westminster
£300 per day (umbrella)
Full Time Contract (3 Months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Data Analyst in Westminster. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours
The job:
- Manage and maintain, and if required, enhance the condition survey process that collects data to address all the business needs
- Analyse the stock condition survey data and develop necessary benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators on programme expenditure
- Manage MRI Asset Management database to ensure it is maintained and remains up to date
- Assist and/or produce stock data and reports for other departments within Growth, Planning and Housing
- Assist the Asset Strategy team in maintaining its procedures and processes.
The candidate:
- Project management experience in repairs, capital works, or housing stock data, managing large-scale surveys, data analysis, and performance management.
- MRI / Orchard knowledge is essential.
- Experience working in a similar capacity in the public sector is desirable
