Logistics Coordinator Brighouse £27,000 - £32,500 + Benefits
Role Profile
Our client, who is a growing business are looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator to work out of their operation in Brighouse. Working as part of an established Logistics team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and dealing with processes from order to receipt. You will work Monday to Friday, typical office hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership and responsibility for the customer experience, ensuring excellent service is delivered consistently.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer enquiries
- Liaise with the Logistics team to maximise customer potential spend.
- Communicate regular updates to customers, proactively working with them to provide exceptional service.
- Dealing with Import logistics administration for all deliveries.
- Sustaining a good connection with warehouse and import transport partners.
Key Skills
- Experience or understanding of logistics would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Confident telephone manner, dealing with both inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
- A natural problem solver
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and processes at the same time.
- Knowledge of Sage 200 is beneficial.
- Flexible approach to work with willingness to undertake additional tasks as required.
- Proficient in Excel
