Our client is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to join their fun, friendly, and tight-knit team at their Head Office in Bushey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a MAA to step into an Assistant Merchandiser role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solely managing stock profiles of London stores and a warehouse
for a luxury brand
- Ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet demand requirements
- Analysing market trends, historical data and upcoming promotions to create accurate
sales forecasts
- Minimising excess store holding whilst maintaining sufficient stock levels
- Managing slow moving and end of life lines
- Communicating with suppliers regarding stock deliveries
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers, store managers and other stakeholders
- Communicating with stores and warehouse regarding new stock arrivals, stock
discrepancies or any other issues
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in stock control or merchandising.
- Ability to commute to Bushey.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
