Key Responsibilities
- Commercial evaluation and market analysis
- Drafting and evaluating tender documents
- Contract mobilisation and performance monitoring
- Risk management and problem-solving
Essential Skills
- Strong commercial skills in procurement and contract management
- Decision-making and recommendation abilities
- Multi-project management and prioritization
- Influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Knowledge & Experience
- Understanding of procurement and contract management concepts
- Experience in public sector procurement or contract management
- Degree level education or equivalent experience
