The Role
Join our finance team as a Finance Business Partner located in Manchester. This hybrid role involves three days in the office and two days working from home each week. Your duties will include:
- Financial Supervision: Maintain rigorous financial control, produce regular reports, and oversee budgeting and forecasting for various divisions.
- Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate closely with site General Managers and Regional Directors to scrutinise performance and foster efficiency.
- KPI Management: Support the establishment and ongoing management of financial and operational KPIs, enhancing the quality and promptness of financial data.
- Budgeting Oversight: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, oversee balance sheet integrity, and ensure thorough reconciliations.
- Operational Analysis: Manage the monthly account closure process and evaluate financial outcomes to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
About You
You are progressing towards or have attained full qualification as an accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with at least one year of experience in a management capacity. Your robust analytical abilities and familiarity with financial reporting tools like SAP & Power BI enable you to deliver detailed analyses and support business enhancements. You are proactive, adept at forging relationships and effective communication across teams. Your capacity to meet tight deadlines under pressure will be crucial to your success.
