JOB DESCRIPTION:
Create and convert the sale of high-quality tailor-made itineraries and tours for current and future clients, ensuring to meet clients' needs whilst maintaining commercial focus and delivering agreed revenue and profit targets.
Delivering service excellence before, during, and after travel, so customer expectations are exceeded, and brand profile is enhanced with each client contact.
- Manage relationships with clients to engender loyalty and repeat business for the portfolio
- Provide packages that are tailor made to suit the individual needs of our clients
- Qualify sales enquiries to establish client's requirements are suitable for the company's product offering to maximise sales conversion rates
- Maintain commercial knowledge and understanding of all products and hotels/flights/infrastructure to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised
- Produce and audit supporting documentation, taking responsibility for ensuring client's bookings are accurate and to a high standard
