KBB Recruitment are seeking a hungry and results-driven Sales Manager (South East & London) to spearhead the development of a new region for our esteemed German Kitchen Manufacturer.

£40,000 p/a + Bonus + £5k Car Allowance & Mileage

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to shape the growth and success of a new market for a renowned German Kitchen Manufacturer.

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing new business within the KBB retail/contract market.

  • Regional Expansion: Lead the charge in establishing presence in the South, identifying key markets, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, positioning the brand as the top choice for premium kitchen solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct market analysis, and provide valuable insights to drive product development and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Development: Create strategic sales plans outlining target market analysis, sales strategies, tactics, and key performance indicators to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Account Management: Maintain and build relationships with current key accounts. This role is mostly targeted at new business but there will be existing accounts to look after.

The Applicant:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the kitchen or home design industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to drive successful market expansion.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated, driven and hungry.
