Business Development Manager
Midlands / Remote (field based) £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus
Integro Partners are working alongside an established Mortgage Brokerage who specialise across both regulated & non-regulated mortgages. They are keen to grow as a business & are looking for a motivated & driven individual to join their Business Development team as part of their growth. This role is ideal for a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Broker looking to take their next step in their career or an existing BDM within a Mortgage Network. You will be responsible for identifying & growing new introducer relationships into the business while representing & growing the overall business brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & strategise a target audience for new business opportunities through networking, referrals etc.
- Ability to manage your own workload and work independently to maximise your time.
- Establish & grow relationships with clients & introducers.
- Attending network events across the UK to promote the brand & services
Requirements:
- CeMAP Qualified
- Track record or previous experience of a successful Mortgage Broker career
- Whole of Market Mortgage lending knowledge (commercial / bridging knowledge is a benefit)
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Confident, Driven & tenacious work attitude
- Full UK clean Driving License
- Access to Own vehicle
